How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you select. Once your order has been processed, please allow 2-5 business days for domestic delivery, or 5-10 business days for international deliveries.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we currently ship to select countries and all over the world. Please see our shipping section for more details.

I have to return something, what do I do?

If you would like to return something, please include a copy of your receipt in the box or ship it back to us within 30 days of your purchase. Please understand that no refunds will be processed without a receipt.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service. If the entire amount has not been charged by this point, we will refund the difference back to you as soon as possible. Please note that refunds can take up to one business week depending on the method of payment.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order by logging in to your account and selecting the "Track my Orders" link on the My Account page.
